1 Pricing

Ex-factory prices for our flagship Self-Loading Concrete Mixer (TRAFLO-SLM 3.0), excluding GST and transportation, and without a tractor:

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable on the date of confirmed booking will be honoured for that order.

2 Payment Terms

• 30% advance payment required to confirm and book an order.
• Remaining 70% is payable before delivery/dispatch of the machine.
• Finance / EMI options are not currently available.

3 Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 2–3 weeks from order confirmation.
• Delivery is available all over India.
• Transportation charges are additional and billed at actuals.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on order volume and location.

4 Warranty

• All TRAFLO machines include a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the mixer drum, chassis, and standard fittings under normal operating conditions.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts.

5 Demo Policy

We believe in showing you exactly what you're buying. Live, real machine demonstrations are conducted at our manufacturing unit in Santej, Ahmedabad, prior to purchase. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit.

6 Quotation Requests

To receive an accurate, official quotation, customers are requested to share the following details:

• Company / firm name
• Company address
• Store or site location

Quotations can be requested via our Contact page, phone, or WhatsApp.

7 General Terms

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction.
• Product Specifications: Images and specifications on this website are for reference purposes. Actual product may vary slightly due to ongoing improvements in design and manufacturing.
• Right to Amend: TRAFLO / N.M. Brothers & Co. reserves the right to modify these terms, pricing, and specifications at any time without prior notice.
• Limitation of Liability: TRAFLO's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts under warranty, and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Intellectual Property: The TRAFLO name, logo, and brand materials are the property of N.M. Brothers & Co. and may not be used without permission.
• Standard Manufacturing: Machines are built to standard TRAFLO specifications. Custom/non-standard configurations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for bulk orders only.
